Discovery
The first step is a meeting with our team at Aquaverse to explore whether a partnership would be beneficial.
Preliminary Review
We’ll take a look at your organization’s financial information and set up an in-person meeting at your shop.
Offer
Our team will send you a letter of intent (LOI), which is a formal document that outlines the terms of the partnership.
Closing
You can expect a time range between 75 and 90 days between the letter of intent and completion of the closing when you become part of our growing family of pool service brands.
